Tall Pines Harbor offers the option of leasing a “Seasonal Site”. Our current season runs from March 1st until November 1st of each year. Currently, all of our seasonal sites are already leased and there is a substantial waiting list.
The cost for 2017 Seasonal sites are $3,495.00 and up (depending on sites) plus electric. Seasonal fees are to be paid in full with signed contract or as follows:
- $100.00 Non-Refundable deposit with signed contract
- One-third of the balance by Feb. 1st
- One-third by April 1st
- The final one-third by June 1st
- Rents not paid by the 10th of the month due, shall incur a 10% per month late fee.
As an alternative to a seasonal site, we do offer $1.00 per day off-site storage with free trailer spotting.
